Our AI Photo Enhancement Service

Core Service: Our service uses AI as the core photo enhancement feature. After uploading your photo, the system performs basic detection to determine if the photo has reasonable restoration conditions.

Detection Purpose: The detection does not judge final compliance, but filters extreme cases that AI cannot effectively fix (such as severe occlusion, insufficient clarity, etc.).

Enhancement Process: Photos that pass detection enter the AI enhancement process, where the system automatically optimizes background, lighting, composition, and portrait quality to generate images that meet passport photo requirements.

Service Nature

SnapID Studio provides a one-time digital photo processing service. Once payment is completed and photo processing has begun, refunds are generally not provided as the service involves immediate digital processing of your uploaded photo.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that technical issues may occasionally occur. Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If the service fails to generate a downloadable photo due to a technical error on our end
  • If a system error prevents you from accessing your processed photo after successful payment
  • If the service becomes unavailable during your processing session and prevents completion

Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • User dissatisfaction with photo quality when it meets the stated requirements
  • Changes of mind after photo processing has completed
  • Upload of photos that do not meet the basic requirements for processing
  • Inability to meet official passport photo requirements as determined by the issuing authority

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase:

  • Include your order ID and a detailed description of the issue
  • Provide any relevant screenshots or error messages

Refund Process

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will assess your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No Guaranteed Refunds

We do not offer "no questions asked" or "guaranteed refund" policies. Each refund request is carefully evaluated based on the circumstances outlined above.
