Snapidstudio provides an automated digital photo processing service designed to help users prepare images that may align with commonly published photo requirements (such as size, background, and positioning).

The Service delivers digital files only. No physical goods are shipped.

Service Nature: This is an automated digital photo processing service only, not an official document service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government authority or official agency.

2. User-Submitted Content

By uploading any image or content to the Service, you confirm that:

• You voluntarily submit the content for processing
• You own the rights to the content or have legal permission to use it
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process the content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and delivering the final digital result.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

3. Processing & Delivery

After successful payment, the Service processes the submitted image and delivers the resulting digital file through the website or a download link.

Delivery is typically completed shortly after payment, but processing times may vary depending on technical conditions.

Once the digital file is delivered, the service is considered completed.

4. Fees & Payments

All prices are clearly displayed before purchase.

Payments are one-time fees for digital services.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

While the Service is designed to assist with photo preparation based on commonly published guidelines, we do not guarantee that any resulting image will be accepted by passport offices, government agencies, or other third parties.

Acceptance Determination: Compliance assessments are based on published guidelines only. Final acceptance decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, embassy, issuing institution, or other official body. We have no control over and cannot influence these decisions.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of images by third parties, government agencies, or any official authority
• Decisions made by government institutions, passport offices, embassies, or issuing authorities regarding photo acceptance
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from user-submitted content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.
